Recall Better is a cognitive training web application that provides daily brain training exercises designed to challenge memory, attention, and mental agility. The Service delivers evidence-aligned cognitive training through structured game sessions.
Important: Recall Better is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Service is designed for general cognitive engagement and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Recall Better offers a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, continued access to the Service requires a paid subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@recallbetter.com.
Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game designs, algorithms, software, and audio — are the exclusive property of Recall Better and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

The cognitive training exercises provided are evidence-aligned activities designed for general mental engagement. They are not clinically validated treatments for any medical condition, including but not limited to dementia, Alzheimer's disease, ADHD, or any cognitive impairment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of anything you have read or experienced through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recall Better, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
